Overview
Nexora is a B2B project management SaaS competing in a crowded category dominated by well-funded incumbents. Their blog had 40+ posts but was generating almost no organic traffic — a classic case of publishing without a strategy.
Challenge
The content team had been producing articles for 18 months with diminishing returns. Traffic had flatlined at ~1,200 sessions/month despite consistent publishing. The fundamental problems: no topical authority, thin content targeting high-competition keywords, and zero link acquisition. Leadership was questioning whether SEO was worth continuing.
Solution
